I am a structural geologist interested in strike-slip plate boundaries and pluton emplacement.  My students and I work in Idaho, Utah, Virginia, and Trinidad.  We use field observations integrated with paleomagnetic data, ArcGIS analysis of topography, and thin section based strain analysis to place constraints on the kinematics of systems.
